  5. Billie Holiday is always good listening for anyone interested in Jazz. Its true that some of the recordings are "hushy" or distant, but that simply reflects the recording technology of the era and adds a certain atmosphere for the listener. This is a very nice set of CD's that features many of her best known songs. Good value all round/5(37).
